Ingredients
- 1 - cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 - Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
leaves or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 2 - Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 - Tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 - can (9 ounces) albacore tuna in
water, drained
Directions
- Line 2-cup metal bowl or mold with
plastic wrap.
- Place cheese, basil, sour cream, and
tuna in blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend on high speed until
smooth.
- Spread mixture in bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Carefully unmold onto serving plate.
