Jamaican Jerk Pinwheels
Makes 16 servings

Ingredients
- 1 - pound Roll Sausage
- 1 - clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 - stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 - Tablespoon Jamaican jerk
seasoning
- 1 - Tablespoon soy sauce
- 17 - ounces thawed package of
frozen puff pastry
Mango salsa:
- 2 - mangos chopped
- 1 - small can mandarin oranges,
drained
- 2 - green onions - chopped
- 1 - Tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1/4 - cup black olives chopped
- 2 - Tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions - Pinwheels
Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix sausage,
garlic, celery, jerk seasoning, and soy sauce.
- Roll out one pasty sheet to 8 x 12
rectangle.
- Spread with half of the sausage
mixture.
- Roll up, starting from the short
end and slice in one inch pieces.
- Repeat with one more pastry sheet.
- Place slices on cookie trays and
bake 10 minutes on each side.
Directions - Mango Salsa
- In a mixing bowl, mix mangos,
mandarin oranges, green onion, red onion, black olives, and
parsley together.
- Chill and serve cold.
