Alan’s Versatile Tailgate Platter

Ingredients
- 1/2 - pound sliced Deli White and/or
Yellow American Cheese
- 1/4 - pound sliced Deli Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 - pound sliced Deli Jack Cheese
Rounds, cut in half
- 1/2 - pound (3/4-inch thick) sliced
Deli Jalapeño Cheese Food, cubed
- 1/2 - pound (3/4-inch thick) sliced
Deli Muenster Cheese, cubed
- 1 - pound sliced deli turkey breast
- 1 - pound sliced deli honey ham
- 1/4 - pound sliced salami
- 1 - small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 - tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- Lettuce leaves
- Sweet or dill pickles,
sliced
Directions
- Arrange cheese slices and cubes on one
platter.
- On a second platter, you want to
arrange salami slices.
- Roll turkey and fold ham into
quarters.
- Place turkey and ham on platter.
- Garnish with onions, tomato slices,
lettuce and pickles.
