Antipasto
Makes:
8 servings, about 1/2 cup each
Prep time: 15 min.
Chilling time: 4 hrs.
Ingredients:
- 1 - bottle (8 ounces) Italian Dressing
- 1 - can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained,
quartered
- 1 - package (3 ounces) Pepperoni Slices
- 1 - cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 - cup pitted ripe olives
- 10 - pepperoncini peppers
- 4 - ounces Mozzarella Cheese, cut into sticks
Direction
- In a shallow dish, add artichokes, pepperoni,
tomatoes, olives and peppers.
- Pour dressing over and cover.
- Place in refrigerator and marinate several hours
or overnight.
- You want to drain, reserving marinade.
- Arrange pepperoni, vegetables and cheese on
platter. Serve with reserved marinade.
