Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
Prep Time: 25 min.
Chilling Time: 4 hrs
1 - pound large (26 to 35 count) raw
peeled, deveined, rinsed, drained
Fill 3-quart saucepan with water. Bring to a boil
over high heat, takes about 6 to 7 minutes. Add shrimp. Cook for 3 to
4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.
In a large resealable plastic food bag, combine
all marinade ingredients; add shrimp. Tightly seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat shrimp well. Place
bag in 13x9-inch pan.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning bag
occasionally. Drain shrimp and discard marinade.
