Pineapple-Berry Topper
Makes 32 servings, one topped graham square each
Prep Time: 10 min.
Chilling Time: 30 min.
Ingredients
- 1 - can (20-ounces) crushed
pineapple, undrained
- 1 - package (4-serving size) Vanilla
Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 - cup thawed LITE Whipped Topping
- 16 - Low Fat Cinnamon Grahams,
broken in half (32 squares)
- 8 - fresh strawberries, each cut
into 4 slices
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix pineapple
and dry pudding mix in medium bowl.
- Gently stir in whipped topping and
refrigerate at least 30 min.
- Spoon 1-Tablespoon of the
pineapple mixture onto each graham square just before serving.
- Top each with a strawberry slice.
