Honey Grahams Fruit Salsa
Appetizer & Snack Recipes from AlansKitchen.comMakes 8 servings, two topped graham squares each

Prep Time: 15 min.
Chilling Time: 30 min.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 - cup chopped red apples
  • 1/4 - cup chopped seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 - cup canned mandarin orange segments, drained, cut in half
  • 1/4 - cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 - Tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 8 - Low Fat Honey Grahams, broken in half (16 squares)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix fruit and preserves until well blended.
  2. Place in small strainer over bowl and refrigerate at least 30 min.
  3. Spoon 1 Tablespoon of the fruit mixture onto each graham square just before serving.
