Ingredients
- 1 - can (6-ounces) white tuna in
water, drained, flaked
- 1/4 - cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 - cup chopped celery
- 48 - RITZ Crackers with Whole
Wheat
- 1/2 - cup 2% Milk Shredded Reduced
Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix tuna, mayo
and celery until well blended.
- Top each cracker with 1 teaspoon
of the tuna mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese.
- Place 6 topped crackers on
microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 15 sec.
or until topping is heated through and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining topped
crackers.
