Feta and Red Pepper
Snack Crackers
Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each

Ingredients
- 6 - Tablespoons Reduced Fat Crumbled
Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
- 1/4 - cup finely chopped roasted red
peppers
- 2 - Tablespoons Reduced Fat or
Light Sour Cream
- 24 - RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix cheese,
peppers and sour cream in small bowl.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cheese
mixture onto each cracker.
- Serve immediately.
