  • 1/2 - cup Garden Vegetable Light Cream Cheese Spread

  • 6 - slices Ready to Serve Canadian Bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 - of a small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1 - can (8-ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 F.

  1. Unroll crescent dough onto greased baking sheet.  Press into 12x9-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations together to seal and bake for 10 min.  Remove from oven, leaving oven on.

  2. Spread crust evenly with cream cheese spread; top with remaining ingredients.  Return pizza to oven.

  3. Bake an additional 10 min. or until crust is golden brown.  Cut into 6 pieces to serve.

Alan's Kitchen Tip: How To Drain the Pineapple
Pour pineapple into a fine mesh strainer held over a small bowl. Press the pineapple with back of spoon to remove most of the liquid. Refrigerate the liquid for use in making fruit smoothies or another use.
