Aloha Canadian Bacon Pizza

Baking Time: 20 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 - can (8-ounces) reduced fat refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 - cup Garden Vegetable Light Cream Cheese Spread
  • 6 - slices Ready to Serve Canadian Bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 - of a small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 - can (8-ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

  1. Unroll crescent dough onto greased baking sheet.
  2. Press into 12x9-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations together to seal and bake for 10 min.
  3. Remove from oven, leaving oven on.
  4. Spread crust evenly with cream cheese spread; top with remaining ingredients.
  5. Return pizza to oven.
  6. Bake an additional 10 min. or until crust is golden brown.
  7. Cut into 6 pieces to serve.
Alan’s Kitchen Tip: How To Drain the Pineapple
Pour pineapple into a fine mesh strainer held over a small bowl. Press the pineapple with back of spoon to remove most of the liquid. Refrigerate the liquid for use in making fruit smoothies or another use.
