BBQ Tomato Beef Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 - pound ground beef
  • 1 - can (28-ounces) Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 - cup hickory barbecue sauce
  • 1 - Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 - cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375�F.

  1. Brown meat in skillet and drain.
  2. Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and mustard; heat through.
  3. Pour mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
