Ingredients
- 1 - pound ground beef
- 1 - can (28-ounces) Petite Cut Diced
Tomatoes, drained
- 1 - cup hickory barbecue sauce
- 1 - Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 - cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown meat in skillet and drain.
- Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and
mustard; heat through.
- Pour mixture into 13x9-inch baking
dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is
melted.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, if
desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or
vegetable dippers.
