RITZ® Cracker Cheeseburgers
Makes 12 servings, 2 burgers each

Ingredients

• 1/4 - pound ground beef
• 2 - Tablespoon ketchup
• 3 - ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 48 - RITZ Crackers

Directions

1. Brown meat in small skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the meat.
2. Drain well and stir in ketchup.
3. Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice into quarters.
4. Top each of 24 of the crackers with 1 teaspoon of the meat mixture and 1 cheese piece.
5. Cover with second cracker to make sandwich.
6. Serve warm.
