Arizona Chili Cheese Crisps
Makes 4 Servings

Cooking Time: 5 min.
Baking Time: 10 min.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 4 - Soft Taco Flour Tortillas (8-inches)
- 1 - cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 - cup Salsa drained
- 1/4 - cup Diced Green Chilies
- 1/4 - cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In large skillet, you want to heat 1
inch vegetable oil to 360º.
- Fry tortillas, one at a time, until
golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. (Tortillas can be
made ahead up to 8 hours. Cover loosely and let stand at room
temperature.)
- Place tortillas on large baking sheet
and sprinkle each with 1/4-cup shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons salsa, 1
tablespoon chilies and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese
is melted.
- To eat, break into pieces and enjoy.
