Supreme Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 - pound lean ground beef
- 2/3 - cup water
- 1 - packet Taco Seasoning Mix -
Regular
- 1 - teaspoon paprika
- 12 - ounces tortilla chips
- 1/2 - cup Refried Beans
- 2 - cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - tomato, chopped
- 1/2 - cup chopped onion
- 1/4 - cup sliced black olives,
drained
- 4 - Jalapeņo peppers, seeded
and sliced
- 1 - avocado, pitted, peeled and
sliced
- 8 - ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup Salsa - Thick &
Chunky (Medium)
Directions
- In a large skillet brown ground
beef until no longer pink, 8 to 10 minutes and drain.
- Add water, taco seasoning and
paprika; mix well.
- Simmer, uncovered, 5 to 10
minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place tortilla chips on a rimmed
baking sheet.
- Cover with ingredients in this
order: meat, refried beans, cheddar cheese, tomato, onion,
olives and jalapeņos.
- Bake until cheese is melted,
about 15 minutes.
- Serve with avocado, sour cream
and salsa.
