Screen Porch

In some areas, lets face it; some of our yards lack trees and shade.  One route to enjoy our tree and shade less backyard is a screened porch.  This can replace a concrete-slab patio.  You can construct it as not to darken family or other indoor rooms.  You want it to make a graceful transition to your backyard.

One of the great features of a screened porch is it makes a great place for morning breakfast as the morning sun climbs in the horizon.  It is a place where the family comfortably gathers at night.

With many plants stationed around the porch, it gives you a feeling of a garden room.  You want to place French doors as the backdoor to serve as the gateway to the backyard.
