Ingredients
- 2 - Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 - Tablespoons Lite Soy Sauce
- 1 - Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 - teaspoon fresh ginger,
finely minced
- 1/4 - teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 - cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 - teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 - dash crushed red peppers
- black pepper
- 1 - pound beef flank steak
- 1/2 - cup uncooked brown or white
rice
- 1/4 - cup green onions, finely
chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, combine marinade
ingredients (first 9 ingredients, vinegar - black pepper).
- Marinate the flank steak in the
refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight, turning
occasionally.
- In a small saucepan, cook rice
according to directions on package, omitting any salt or
fats.
Preheat the grill.
- Grill the flank steak for 4 to 8
minutes on each side, depending on the desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest on a carving
plate for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Slice the steak on the bias.
- Serve with rice tossed with green
onions.

Spoon rice mixture in center of serving platter and arrange beef
slices around outer edges.
