Grilled Big E Ranch Burgers
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

1 - Tablespoon vegetable oil
-
1 - cup onion rings, sliced
-
1/3 - cup green pepper strips, sliced
-
1/3 - cup red pepper strips, sliced
-
3 - Tablespoons steak sauce
-
2 - pounds ground
beef
-
1/2 - teaspoon salt
-
1/4 - teaspoon
pepper
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Directions:
-
In a skillet, add the oil and heat to medium heat.
-
Add
the onion, green pepper and red pepper and cook until
tender-crisp.
-
Stir in steak sauce and horseradish and keep
warm.

To the ground beef, add salt and pepper.
-
Shape ground
beef into 4 patties.
-
Place on grill and cook each side or
until cooked through.
-
Fill rolls with patties and top with
pepper mixture.
