Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium yellow squash, halved lengthwise
Directions
- In a small bowl, add Italian dressing,
cumin and cayenne pepper. Mix.
- Put 1/2 cup of marinade with chicken and
squash in a resealable plastic bag.
- Place in refrigerator 30 minutes to 3
hours.
- Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Preheat grill to medium according to
manufacturer’s directions.
- Drain chicken and squash and throw away
marinade.
- Grill chicken and squash, brushing frequently with reserved
1/4-cup marinade, 4 to 6 minutes per side or until squash is tender and
chicken is done (internal temp 170°F).

Place in ice chest.
When
the grill is ready, just take them out of the ice chest and grill.
