- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 -
can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks
- 3 -
Tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 3 -
Tablespoon ketchup
- 3 -
Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 -
Tablespoon white or cider vinegar
- 1 -
Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 -
teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Preheat grill to medium – high heat.

Grill chicken 5
minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in
center.
- In saucepan, blend pineapple chunks,
brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and
ginger.
- Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
- Before serving, spoon sauce over broiled
or grilled chicken.
Picnicking &
Tailgating
Place in ice chest. When
the grill is ready, just take them out of the ice chest and grill.
