Coriander & Peppercorn
Rub
Great with fish, seafood or
poultry
Ingredients
Directions
- In a skillet at
moderate heat, place the coriander seeds, oregano, black peppercorns, sugar,
and salt and toast for 2-minutes or until fragrant.
- Add to a spice grinder and grind.
- Place in a small bowl.
Put the rub on the meat before taking to the
picnic or tailgate location. Makes enough for 3
pounds of fish or poultry.
