Dadís Easy Seafood Grill
Barbecue & Grilling Recipes from AlansKitchen.com Makes 4 servings

Prep Time: 5 min.
Grilling Time: 6 min.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 - cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 - pound large prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 - pound large scallops
  • 4 to 6 - Skewers (square-shaped skewers work best)*

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine barbecue sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Add prawns and scallops and let stand 30 minutes to marinate, mixing occasionally.
  3. Thread prawns and scallops on separate skewers.
  4. Place 6-inches over hot coals.
  5. Grill 2 to 3 minutes, baste, turn and baste again.
  6. Cook until prawns are pink and scallops are opaque, about 4 to 6 minutes total.

*If using bamboo skewers, soak skewers in water 30 minutes before use.
