Barbecue & Grilling Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients

  • 4 - medium peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 2 - Tablespoon honey
  • 2 - Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 - teaspoon minced gingerroot
  • 1 - teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Cut 3 of the peaches into chunks. 
  2. In a blender or food processor, add peaches, honey, lemon juice, ginger, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a small saucepan. 
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened (stirring occasionally). 
  5. Last, finely chop remaining peach. Stir into sauce.
  6. Best served with grilled pork, chicken, beef, or seafood. 
  7. Brush on during last 10 minutes of grilling time.
