Barbecue & Grilling Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients

  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add garlic, lemon peel, rosemary, basil, salt, thyme and pepper. 
  2. Mix. 
  3. Rub immediately on fish, seafood, chicken, or pork and let food rest 15 minutes before grilling.
