  • 2 - Tablespoons paprika
  • 2 - Tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 - Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 - Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 - Tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 - teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 - teaspoons granulated onion
  • 1 - teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine the ingredients. 
  2. Press the rub into both sides of the meat and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to grilling to intensify flavors.
