Ingredients
- 1/2 - cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 - cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 - cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 - cup peanut oil
- 1/4 - cup cilantro,
chopped
- 4 - cloves garlic, peeled
and chopped
- 3 - scallions, trimmed and
chopped (include white and green parts)
- 1 - Tablespoon grated,
fresh ginger
- 2 - teaspoon sugar
- 1 - Chipotle chile pepper,
seeded and minced
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl,
blend all ingredients.
- Place meat, chicken, or
fish in a glass, ceramic, or plastic container and pour in
marinade.
- Allow the chicken or meat
to marinade for at least 6 hours but it is better to let
it marinade overnight.
- However, it is best that
you marinade fish for 30 minutes to an hour.
- You want to turn every
once in a while.
