Herb-Butter Sauce
Makes 8 servings.
1/2 - cup butter
4 - teaspoon snipped fresh basil or 1-1/2 tsp. dried basil,
crushed
1-1/2 - teaspoons snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano,
crushed
1-1/2 - teaspoons snipped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried
tarragon, crushed
1/2 - teaspoon snipped chives
1/2 - teaspoons snipped fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme,
crushed
Dash pepper

In a small saucepan, melt the butter.

Add the basil,
oregano, tarragon, chives, thyme and pepper.

To mix flavors,
cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Best served with grilled fish or
vegetables.
