(combine Tellicherry black, Muntok white, Green and Pink peppercorns)

- teaspoon salt

oil or olive oil
Directions
- In a small cup, combine paprika, garlic
powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, ground peppercorns, thyme,
oregano, and salt.
- Just before rubbing on meats, add the
lemon zest.
- Brush both sides of food with vegetable
or olive oil.
- Rub in Peppercorn and Herb Rub. Wrap
in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours before
grilling.
