Ingredients
- 1 whole Tradition Premium Black Forest Half
Ham
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 can (17 ounces) Yam
- 1 can (13 3/4 ounces) Pineapple Chunks in
pineapple juice
- 3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
Directions
- Drain yams and cut into halves.
- Drain pineapple, saving juice.
- Combine 1/2 cup pineapple juice with melted
butter or margarine.
- Cut ham into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes.
- Alternately thread ham cubes, yam halves and
pineapple chunks on 6 skewers.
- Place kabobs on rack in broiler or on grill
so surface of the meat is 3 to 4 inches from heat.
- Brush kabobs with pineapple juice/butter
mixture and grill until lightly browned and heated through.
- Turn occasionally while cooking.
