Dad’s Easy Backyard Baby Back Ribs
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 - rack (1-3/4 pounds) baby back pork ribs
- 1-1/2 - cups Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 1/3 - cup beer
- 2 - Tablespoons spicy brown mustard
Directions
- Bring water to boil in large stock pot and add
ribs and simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine barbecue
sauce, beer, and mustard. Set aside.
- Remove ribs from water and pat dry and place
on grill over hot coals.
- Grill about 10 minutes, turning and basting
frequently with sauce mixture.
