Hot Chocolate

- In a saucepan at
moderate heat, add the cocoa, sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and water.
- Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
- Pour in the milk,
reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until hot.
- Now, stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- Using a hand
blender or mixer, whip the hot chocolate until foamy.
- Place a cinnamon stick in each mug and pour in the hot chocolate.

Tailgating:
Prepare before leaving the home.
Pour foamy hot chocolate into a thermos. At the picnic or tailgate site, place the cinnamon in each
paper cup and pour in the hot chocolate.
