Mexican Coffee
Preparation

Makes 2 (6-ounce) servings
Ingredients:
- Coffee:
- Strong: 6 - Tablespoon instant coffee granules mixed
into 12 ounces (1-1/2 cups) hot water
- Coffee Extras:
- coffee-flavored liqueur (to taste)
- sweetened whipped cream
- brown sugar
- ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Prepare coffee.
- Stir in coffee-flavored liqueur to taste.
- Top with sweetened whipped cream; sprinkle with brown sugar and
ground cinnamon.
