Grapefruit Pecos
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

• 2 - eggs, separated

• 2 - cups grapefruit juice

• 4 - tablespoons honey

• 1/4 - teaspoon salt

• 1/8 - teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks.  Now add the grapefruit juice, honey, and salt.

2. In another mixing bowl, you want to whip the egg whites until stiff.  

3. Now, fold into the grapefruit juice mixture.  

4. Mix well and serve in chilled glasses.  Sprinkle with nutmeg.

5. You may add 4 ounces of tequila when mixing the grapefruit juice.

Picnicking & Tailgating

It depends if you want the virgin Grapefruit Pecos or the Tequila Grapefruit Pecos.  Make mixture before leaving, one batch the virgin and the other tequila.  Mark each container and place in ice chest.
