Cider
Makes 6
servings Ingredients:
- 1 – quart apple cider
- 2 – whole allspice
berries
- 2 – whole cloves
- 1 – stick cinnamon
- 1/2
- cup brown sugar,
firmly packed
Directions:
- In a saucepan, mix cider,
allspice, cloves, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
- Remove spices and serve hot. Or,
allow mulled cider to chill and serve cold.
