Orange Juice Power Smoothie
Makes 1 serving

• 2 - cups orange juice

• 1/2 - apple, peeled and cored

• 1/2 - pear peeled and cored

• 1 - banana peeled

Directions

1. Into a blender, pour the orange juice.  Add the apple, pear, and banana.  
2. Blend at liquefy or high speed and serve.

Picnicking & Tailgating:

Make just before leaving.  Place in large thermos to keep cold.  Just before serving, stir.  However, it may lose its froth.
