Simply Delicious Basic Granola
Makes 12 cups
Prep Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 1 hr.
Preheat oven to 300-degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix oats, walnuts, sunflower
seeds, honey, salt, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla.
Spread a thin layer on cookie sheets or large
baking pans. Bake for 1 hour.
When cool, add the raisins and wheat germ. Store in airtight container. (The granola will
last longer if stored in the refrigerator.)
You can also add
coconut, dried apricots, or dried apples.
