Santa Fe Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 - slices white bread, crusts
removed
- 2 - Tablespoon butter
- 1 - package (19 ounces) Pork
Skillets – Southwest Flavor
- 1/2 - cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 - cup Monterey Jack, shredded
- 1 - can (4 ounces) of green
chilies, coarse chopped
- 2 - cups milk
- 2 - teaspoon oregano
- 1 - teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 - teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 - teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 - eggs, well beaten
Directions
Butter 3 quart Casserole dish.
- Place bread slices along the
bottom of casserole dish, sides touching.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour
over bread slices.
- Cover and refrigerate 6 hours (up
to overnight).
Preheat oven to 350°.
- Uncover and bake 50-60 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes prior to
serving.
