Toast Casserole
Makes 4 servings

Baking Time: 45 min. to 1 hr.
Ingredients:
- 8 - slices white bread
- 2 - cups milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 - cup sugar
- 1 - Tablespoon vanilla
- 3 - Tablespoons butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add bread
and milk. Allow bread to soak. Squeeze with hands until well
soaked.
- Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, and
raisins.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and
pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Next, pour bread mixture into dish
and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve with maple syrup.
