Breakfast Casserole

8 to 10 servings
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: HIGH 2 hrs. and LOW 1 hr.
Ingredients:
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 1 - pound little smokies
(cocktail wieners) or 1-1/2 pounds bulk sausage, browned and
drained
- 1-1/2 - cups milk
- 1 - cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 - slices bread, torn into
pieces
- 1 - teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 - cup shredded Mozzarella
cheese
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix
eggs, smokies (or sausage), milk, Cheddar cheese, bread, salt,
and mustard.
- Pour into a creased slow cooker.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over
top.
- You want to cover and Cook on
HIGH for 2 hours and then on LOW for 1 hour.
