Hot Cocoa Mocha
Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Ingredients
- 1/4 - cup sugar
- 2 - Tablespoons Cocoa
- 2 - Tablespoons water
- 1 - cup whipping cream
- 1-1/4 to 2 - cups hot coffee
Directions:
- Stir together sugar and cocoa in
microwave-safe 2 cup measure.
- Add water; stir until well blended.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture boils.
- Add whipping cream and stir until
well blended.
- Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2
minutes or until hot.
- Combine cocoa mixture and coffee.
- Serve immediately.
