Wake-Up Fruit Blend

Ingredients:

  • Beverage Ingredients:
    • 2 - cups orange juice
    • 2 - cartons (8-ounce) cartons (2 cups) strawberry-flavored yogurt
    • 1 - medium ripe banana, cut into chunks
    • 1/2 - teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 - cups ice cubes
  • Garnish Ingredients:
    • Strawberry yogurt or Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped, sweetened (if desired)
    • Fresh strawberries (if desired)

Directions:

  1. In a 5-cup blender container, add orange juice, yogurt, banana, vanilla, and ice cubes. Cover; blend at High speed for 30 to 60 second or until well blended.
  2. Pour into individual glasses; garnish with dollop of yogurt and strawberries, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
