Pepperjack Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 - eggs
- 2 - Tablespoon fat-free milk
- 2 - Tablespoon sliced green onion
- 4 - English muffins, split, toasted
- 2 - Tablespoon Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 4 - Pepperjack Cheese Singles
Directions:
- Mix egg product, milk and onion. Add
to small nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cook on medium heat 2 to 4 minutes
or until set, stirring frequently.
- Spoon egg mixture evenly onto 4 of
the muffin halves.
- Top each with 1-1/2 teaspoon salsa
and one 2% Milk Singles.
- Cover with remaining muffin halves.
