Hearty Breakfast
Skillet
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
- 1/2 - pound (8 ounces) pork sausage
- 2 - cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 - can (10 ounces) RO*TEL Diced
Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1/2 - pound (8 ounces) Pasteurized
Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- 6 - eggs
Directions
- Brown sausage on medium heat in
large oven-proof skillet sprayed with cooking spray and drain.
- Add potatoes and tomatoes. Mix
well and cook 5 minutes; stir.
- Top with cheese.
- Beat eggs and 2 Tablespoons
water with wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended.
- Pour evenly over ingredients in
skillet.
- Cover the skillet and continue to
cook on stovetop on medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until
egg mixture is set in center and cheese is melted.
- Uncover and let stand 5 minutes
before cutting to serve as directed.
