Hot V-8 Chili
Makes 8 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: HIGH 30 minutes and LOW 4 to 6 hours
Ingredients:

2 - pounds ground beef

1 - large onion, chopped

2 - cans (16 ounces) stewed tomatoes

2 - cans (11-1/2 ounces) Hot V-8 juice
-
4 - cans (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained

1/2 - teaspoon cayenne pepper
-
1 - teaspoon salt
-
2 - Tablespoons chili powder

Garnish
-
sour
cream
-
green onions, chopped
-
Cheddar cheese, shredded

ripe olives, sliced
Directions:

In a skillet, add beef and
brown. Add onion halfway through browning
process.

Drain.

To the slow cooker, pour in the ground
beef mixture.

Add in stewed tomatoes, Hot V-8 juice,
pinto beans, cayenne pepper, salt, and chili powder.

Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours.

Garnish with: sour cream, green
onions, Cheddar cheese, and ripe olives
