Cinnamon Pastry Wedges

Country Roads BarnMakes 16 servings

Prep Time: 5 min.
Baking Time: 12 to 14 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 - Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 - teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 - (15-oz.) refrigerate pie crust, softened as directed on package

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400° F.

1) Combine sugar and cinnamon.

2) Form pie crust into a 12-inch circle.

3) Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

4) Cut into 16 wedges using pizza cutter (don’t pull apart).

5) Bake 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
