Italian Herb Beef (Slow Cooker)
Makes 10 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH
Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 to 3 - pounds chuck pot roast,
trimmed
- 1/2 - cup chopped onion
- 1 - package McCormick®
Slow Cookers Italian Herb Chicken Seasoning
- 2 - cans (14 1/2 ounces each)
diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 - cup water or red wine
Directions:
- Place meat and onion in slow cooker.
- Mix Seasoning, tomatoes and water
until blended.
- Pour over top and cover.
- Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours
on HIGH.
- Remove pot roast to serving platter.
- Stir sauce before serving.
- If you desire, serve with hot cooked
noodles or pasta.
