Country Roads BarnOak Hill Peanut Butter Brownies

Makes 16 bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 F and grease and flour 8x8x2-inch baking pan.

  1. In a mixing bowl, you sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa.  I set this aside for a minute. In a large mixing bowl, you combine the butter and eggs.

  2. Next, gently stir in the flour mixture, peanut butter chips, and semi-sweet chocolate.  You want to spread my brownie mixture in my greased pan and place in my oven.

  3. Then you bake in oven for 35 minutes.  To test for doneness, place a toothpick in the middle and wait until it comes out clean.  You will allow the brownies to cool in the pan.  Then cut them into bars.
