West Virginia Casserole

Baking Time: 35 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 - boxes Stove Top Stuffing mix, divided

  • 2 - cups bite-size pieces cooked chicken or turkey

  • 1 - can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 - can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.  Follow the direction on the box to prepare 1 box of stuffing mix.

  1. Place in a casserole dish.  Add chicken or turkey.

  2. In a bowl, mix the 2 soups and pour over the mixture.  Follow the direction on the second stuffing box, however, do not heat.

  3. Spread over top of layered mixture.  Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
