Arroyo Hondo Pico de Gallo

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients:

• 2 - medium tomatoes, chopped fine
• 1 - medium red onion, chopped fine
• 2 - jalapeno chiles, chopped fine
• 2 - cloves garlic, minced
• 1/3 - cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 3 - Tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 - Tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1/4 - teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Into a bowl, carefully mix all ingredients. 
2. Before serving, allow the salsa to sit at room temperature for an hour.
