Salsa Vera Cruz

Makes 2 to 2-1/2 - cups

Ingredients:

• 8 - plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
• 6 - green onions, sliced
• 1/4 - cup cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 - teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 - tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 - cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 - teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. 
2. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator, and chill for 1 hour.
