El Reno Blue Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 pound blue cheese
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon chives, minced
• 2 Tablespoon sherry

Directions:

1. Cream all the ingredients together and roll with the hands into 1-inch balls.
2. Chill and serve.
